01
Personalized Intake & Mapping
Before we start, we take time to understand your inner landscape. This isn’t just a conversation — it’s a guided process using specialized assessments to identify precisely where we’ll begin and how to pace our work.
Schema Inventories
Identify your core life patterns and beliefs shaping how you think, feel, and relate.
Parenting Attitudes
Explore the messages you absorbed from early caregivers and how they shape your self-talk today.
Traumatic Core Memory Listing
Bring hidden experiences into view with gentle guidance so that they can be processed and re-storied.
Mode Inventories
Discover the inner “modes” or parts that guide your reactions — from protectors to vulnerable selves.
Body Mapping for IFS & Moods
Trace emotions and inner parts as they show up in your body, creating a somatic map for self-awareness.
Self-Liberation Leadership Model Pathway
Move through Self-Liberation, Self-Integration, and Self-Leadership — the three phases of your personalized growth journey.
The ISSLM Model
The ISSLM Model is a three-step process I developed to help you change how you relate to yourself. First, we let go of old patterns that keep you stuck. Then, we bring your inner parts together so they work as a team. Finally, we strengthen your Self — the calm, confident, compassionate part of you — so it can lead the way in your life.
Phase 1
Self-Liberation
Release the grip of old survival strategies, limiting beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve you.
Phase 2
Self-Integration
Reconnect with and harmonize your inner parts, so they can work together instead of against each other.
Phase 3
Self-Leadership
Step into a grounded, confident, compassionate relationship with yourself — and lead your life from there.
The Process in Session
Your story, your nervous system, and your history are unique — your sessions should be, too.
I draw from neuroscience, psychology, and trauma-informed care to develop an approach that adjusts to you in real time. Whether we’re working with your inner parts, gently processing painful memories, exploring the body’s wisdom, or breaking free from patterns passed down through generations, each method is chosen to help you feel safer, more connected, and more empowered in your life.
