Hi, I’m Liz Oncel.

I provide trauma-informed wellness support for people navigating the long-term effects of early emotional wounds. My work is grounded in compassion, neuroscience, and somatic approaches that help individuals reconnect with their inner calm and clarity.

I’m the author of a bestselling book on Amazon in the Inner Child category, and the founder of The Self Ally, a platform offering holistic support through guided journals, self-led reflection tools, and nervous system-aware practices. My offerings are designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected to your self-leadership.

I facilitate Body Trauma Liberation (BTL) workshops, create self-compassion-focused group events, and design nervous system tools that meet you where you are—without pressure, and with deep respect for your pace.

My services are educational and supportive in nature, and not intended as a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds who are seeking integrative and empowering resources on their journey toward greater emotional awareness and self-trust.
