About The Self-Ally
My work as a clinical psychologist and neuroscientist centers around helping people discover the wholeness within them. My passion wasn’t born in the classroom; it grew from the earliest chapters of my journey to find my inner ally.
Drawing from nearly a decade of experience working with clients from 10 countries and utilizing seven therapeutic approaches, I’ve learned that our most profound transformations happen when we reclaim the parts of ourselves that have long been overlooked or forgotten.
Through each of my works, I aim to offer readers a safe space to explore their inner landscapes, reconnect with their forgotten selves, and bring together the fragments of their lives into something more complete.
If you’re on this website, you’re probably more ready than you think, even if it doesn’t always feel that way.
Let’s take it one step at a time, side by side.

What happens when you stop trying to ‘fix’ yourself and start holding yourself with compassion?
What if self-trust isn’t something you earn but something you uncover?
Your inner world isn’t something to fix—it’s something to understand. Every part of you carries a message waiting to be heard. Inner trust comes not from control or silence but from listening, holding, and leading yourself with self-love and self-compassion.
